Your calculator values

Calculations run in your browser. There are no accounts, and heart-rate values are neither stored remotely nor placed in share links. Form values live in page memory and reset when you leave or reload, except values you explicitly open in a shared pace URL.

Sharing

Copy and Share can include distance and finish time in a URL. Anyone receiving that link can read those values. URL query values may appear in browser history and ordinary hosting access logs when the shared page is requested. Do not include sensitive information in shared links.

Cookies, local storage, and hosting

We store your analytics consent choice in local storage. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits; the configured cookie lifetime is one year. You can decline or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery and security. Private preview access may use the hosting provider’s own authentication cookies.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow analytics. Google processes usage and device/browser information to provide traffic reports. Our page-view events omit URL query parameters and do not include calculator input values. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled for Analytics. Google AdSense is integrated below selected calculators. Its script loads to provide consent messaging; ad requests remain paused until Google’s consent platform reports an applicable consent choice or that GDPR does not apply. Advertising cookies and personalization are managed separately through Google’s advertising consent message and its Privacy and cookie settings link. Availability also depends on AdSense approval.
